Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, inventory checks or address verification. An order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and begin after the parcel is accepted by the carrier.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it will be added to the member order page or sent by email. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delays, loss and damage
Carrier scans and delivery events may be delayed. Report a missing or damaged parcel promptly with the order number, package photos and item photos where applicable. We will review the case and may require carrier investigation before replacement or refund.
International delivery
Delivery destinations and any import charges are determined at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges.
