Why do I need an invitation?
The store currently uses invitation registration for purchasing. Browse without an account, then register with a valid invitation to add items, check out and manage orders.
Where can I see my order?
Sign in and open the member account page. It displays available order, payment, fulfillment, tracking, return and refund information.
Can I change my address?
Contact customer service immediately. An address may be changed only before fulfillment reaches a stage where the parcel can no longer be intercepted.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging, stop use if unsafe, and send the order number plus clear package and product photos as soon as possible.
When will a refund appear?
After an approved return is inspected, we normally initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider controls final posting time.
How do I protect my account?
Use a unique password, do not share invitations or login details, sign out on shared devices, and contact us if you notice unfamiliar activity.
