30-day request window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unassembled where applicable, and returned with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.
Start a return
Sign in to your member account and open the relevant order, or email customer service with the order number, item, quantity and reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything. Unauthorized or collect-on-delivery parcels may be refused.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive goods after opening, assembled or used goods, and items damaged by misuse are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law. The product page may state additional restrictions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any loss in transit are normally the customer’s responsibility. If we confirm an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will provide an appropriate remedy and reasonable return instructions.
Inspection and refunds
Returned items are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after inspection; the financial institution may require additional posting time. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires it.
