Requesting a cancellation
Cancellation is not automatic. Contact customer service as soon as possible with the order number. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once picking, packing or carrier handoff has begun.
Changes to an order
Items, quantities, addresses, discounts and payment methods generally cannot be edited after submission. We may cancel the original order and ask you to place a new one when operationally possible.
Cancellation by the store
We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. Any captured amount for a cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
